Associate
Madeline Pelagalli joined Black, LaFrance & Bollinger, LLC as a Law Clerk in October of 2021 and became an Associate upon her swearing into the Massachusetts Bar in December of 2021. She is also licensed in New Hampshire, being admitted in 2022.
Attorney Pelagalli is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, from which she received a Juris Doctorate with a Concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, with Honors. She was a member of the National Moot Court Team, semi-finalist in the Albers Honors Moot Court Competition, and participant and coach of the BU Law Mock Trial Team.
During her law school summers, Attorney Pelagalli was a student attorney with the BU Law Civil Litigation Clinic, through which she represented clients in family, housing, and employment matters. In the Fall of 2020, Attorney Pelagalli participated in an externship with the Middlesex Probate and Family Court and assisted two judges with research and drafting and observed cases and rulings.
Attorney Pelagalli focuses her practice in the area of family law, including divorce and post-divorce matters involving custody, child support, parenting time, alimony, and modification of existing judgments.
