Amanda L. Parsons joined Black, LaFrance & Bollinger, LLC as Of Counsel in November of 2014. Prior to joining Black, LaFrance & Bollinger, LLC, she worked as an Associate with a small Stoneham law firm, focusing her practice in the areas of family law, wills, estates and probate administration. Attorney Parsons also worked as a contract attorney for John Mason of Mason & Goldman in Belmont, Massachusetts and as a mediator in the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General.
Attorney Parsons continues to focus her practice primarily in the areas of family law, including divorce and post-divorce matters involving custody, child support, parenting time, alimony and modification of existing judgments. Attorney Parsons also handles probate matters including unlawful debt collection practices and foreclosure prevention.
Attorney Parsons is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and regularly attends Continuing Legal Education classes to stay current on best practices and new trends in the law.
